Where we ship
We ship across Canada and to the United States.

All prices, including shipping, are in US dollars. Orders are packed within two business days, and you will get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.
Returns
Unopened, unburned candles and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us with your order number to start a return; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept candles that have been burned.
Damaged or wrong item
Glass occasionally breaks in transit. If anything arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
